These terms govern your use of the IntentPe website (the “Platform”), operated by Azyvora Digital Solutions Private Limited, Flat 1/2/3, Ground Floor, DLF Building Cinema Complex, Opp. Savitri Cinema Complex, Greater Kailash 2, New Delhi, Delhi 110048 (“we”, “us”). By using the Platform or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. Corporate buyers confirm they are authorised to act for their organisation.

2. Gift cards

• Gift cards are issued by the respective brands or their authorised issuers. Redemption is governed by the brand's own terms, which are shown on each brand page.
• Cards are closed-loop: they can only be used with the issuing brand and cannot be converted to cash, reloaded or transferred to a bank account.
• Validity is generally 12 months from issue unless otherwise stated with the card.
• Prices and discounts shown at checkout are final for that order. We may change prices or discontinue a brand at any time.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment through our payment partner (Razorpay).
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, misuse, a pricing error, or if a card cannot be issued. In that case any amount paid is refunded in full.
• Online orders are limited to ₹100,000 per order. Larger orders go through corporate gifting.

4. Your responsibility for codes

A gift card code works like cash. Anyone with the card number and PIN can use it. Keep codes private. We are not responsible for loss caused by sharing codes, phishing, or entering a wrong recipient email.

5. Coupons and deals

Coupons listed on the Platform are offered by the respective brands. Availability, terms and validity are set by the brand and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that a coupon will work.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, resale without our written permission, automated scraping, or any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the gift cards sold. The IntentPe name, logo and website content belong to Azyvora Digital Solutions Private Limited.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
