This policy explains how Azyvora Digital Solutions Private Limited (“we”), operator of IntentPe, handles personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, mobile number, items purchased, and recipient name, email and message if you send a gift.
- Payment status: payment ID and status from Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Technical data: IP address and basic logs for security and fraud prevention. Your cart is stored in your own browser.
Why we use it
- To process orders and deliver gift card codes by email.
- To provide customer support and handle complaints.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the Platform: our payment gateway (Razorpay), our hosting and email providers, and gift card issuers where needed to issue a card. We may disclose data when required by law.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Gift card codes are stored encrypted. Access to order data is restricted to authorised staff.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide the service and as required by tax and accounting laws (generally 8 years).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@intentpe.com. Some data must be retained for legal reasons.
